We want your event to be easy, fun, and unforgettable. Here are your answers to the question we hear most often about our mobile bar service

Do you provide the alcohol?

We operate as a dry hire mobile bar, which means you provide the alcohol, and we handle the rest- bar setup, bartender/s, mixers, ice, garnishes, and all supplies.

This setup keeps everything compliant with Wisconsin liquor laws and allows you to save money by purchasing your own beverages.

Can you help me decide how much alcohol to buy?

Absolutely! Once your booking is confirmed, we'll help you estimate how much beer, wine, and liquor you'll need for your guest count and menu. No more guessing!

How far do you travel?

We are based in Waterford, WI in Racine county. We will travel up to 40minutes.  We're happy to travel farther for larger events- small mileage fee may apply.

What do you need from the event location?

We'll need:

• A flat, level space (about 10x15ft) for the bar setup

• Access to electricity or will need to use a noisy generator

• If possible, access to water hookup. If not, we will fill the tank

• Parking space for bartenders 

How early do you arrive for setup?

We typically arrive 1-2 hours before your event to get the bar set up and ready to pour as soon as guests arrive

Do you carry insurance?

Yes- we carry general and liquor liability insurance for your peace of mind and protection

Do you create signature cocktails?

Yes! We love helping clients design custom drinks that match your event's vibe, colors or theme. We'll even help name them if you'd like.

Do you offer non-alcoholic or mocktail options?

Definitely. We can create full mocktail menus for family-friendly events or dry celebrations.
